    付君祎: An impudence! Stove was not assembled after delivery. The supplier said that the employees from the store would contact one for the assembly date. The inside of the fridge was filthy. After repeated requests for an assembly appointment from the stove, man is simply ignored. After each call, it is said that we will call you back in ten minutes. When trying to call again, the line is somehow busy all the time. The staff apparently always have time for all other concerns, but unfortunately not for my concerns, maybe because I have already bought and paid for it. Toasters and kettles in the store after Rabat are still much more expensive than at höffner. I would love to give everything back!

    E. Schmidt /Rentner 65 (Rentner 62): We had first ordered a new and larger TV from Urban & Krüger. He came super punctually with an outspoken specialist, neatly dressed and very polite, to set up and set up. With Sky Q Receiver it was done in 5 minutes. He said we also sell other products. All in one device was defective. And we wanted another 13.3 inch laptop. Both were promptly offered by the boss, Mr. Urban, bought and delivered 3 days later, today on Saturday. In addition, much cheaper than at Saturn/Media Markt. Highly recommended day shop Urban and Krüger. Better than any other impersonal Saturn/Media Markt.

    Siberian Husky (Taira): EP is located on Greifswalder Strasse in Prenzlauer Berg. EP offers excellent service and fair prices. Very friendly and competent advice. Highly recommended from my point of view!

    SATURN: what do users think?

    Trell!: Staff were lovely despite me not speaking German and found me a cheaper adapter alternative! Huge store with massive variety.

    Christakis Psyllides: This place has virtually everything electronic. Great selection and decent prices as well. Knowledge of the staff can sometimes be a little varied but overall pretty good as well. They do not sell any Apple products including all associated brands such as Beats etc. Recommended.

    Maxim Crucovschii: Big store with polite and cooperative staff. You can find there whatever you need.

    Shahram Soboutipour: Aggressive and un polite staff. To the managers of MediaMarkt: Teach your staff that the NORMAL behaviour is to "not to ignore" your foreign customers when talking to a local person for six minutes, and instead look at them with a smile and assure them that you have seen tham and are not prefering a german speaker to a foreigner. The time of racism has passed.
