Stylish but uncomfortable rooms. Most charging ports in room did not work. No safe in the room. Front desk staff largely unhelpful and uninformed. Broken printer meant I was unable to print boarding pass for 24 hours. Service at lunch was terrible. Got a wrong 147 euro wine charge on my bill.

Interesting high-class hotel in former Danish Embassy building, right next to the Berlin Zoo. Room was spacious, and interestingly designed, with modular furniture which concealed closets, refrigerators, etc. Fun to discover, if not immediately obvious. Room, however, had a disturbing smell in bathroom area, which was due to inadequate cleaning of shower drain which had allowed bacteria to accumulate. Front desk staff was not very friendly, although staff at front door was friendly and helpful.

They all went above and beyond to ensure top service was being provided at all times, and they worked very hard to ensure any/all activities you wanted to do could be done. The quality of the rooms was superb, and the bedding is extremely comfortable. The overall style of this hotel is very sexy, and i would recommend it to any fashionable person who demands top service.

It had been over a year and a half since we last stayed here but we were warmly welcomed back as friends. The room was luxurious and very spacious and true to the photos on the website. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and professional making us feel completely at home. The bar area felt like our living room with a DJ. Sad to leave, but hope to be back sooner next time…
